Welcome to Tidy Kitty Co. By booking services or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

Tidy Kitty Co. provides professional cat litter box cleaning, automatic litter box (including Litter-Robot) maintenance, deep cleans, exchanges, waste removal, and related add-ons as described on our website and in your booking confirmation or quote. Services include our proprietary 5-Stage Deep Clean process.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing is provided in your quote. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Recurring services receive a 10-20% discount where applicable. Additional items (litter supplied by us, repairs) are charged at cost or as quoted. Invoices are due upon receipt. We accept Cash, Venmo, and Zelle.

Scheduling, Changes, and Cancellations

Services are scheduled per your booking. Changes or cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a 50% fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule if unsafe conditions exist at the service location.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide safe access to the litter box area.
• Secure pets in a separate area during service.
• Supply replenishment litter unless arranged otherwise.
• Inform us in advance of any allergies, hazards, or special needs.
• Ensure the service area is safe for our technician.

Our Commitments

We use only pet-safe, kid-safe, and non-toxic products. We respect your home, privacy, and belongings. Waste is disposed of responsibly. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your personal information.

Limitation of Liability

Tidy Kitty Co. is not liable for pre-existing damage, pet behavior, allergic reactions, or any issues outside our direct control. You agree to hold Tidy Kitty Co., its owner, and technicians harmless from any claims related to your pets or property during service.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding balances remain due.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in San Joaquin County.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
